My experiences have not been very good & today was the end. Never Again!!! 2 previous times the pedicures weren't good but - OK...not every time can be a winner. Today I went with a gift certificate. Gave it to them right away so they'd know it was a prepay. I own my own business & am aware owners like to know things up front. I was told it was good for a 'special.' Over an hour later as I was finishing the lady said that the 'gift' had expired. I was so taken back, so angry - I paid & left. I should not have had to. VERY BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS! The certificate was seen 1st & acknowledged it was good - after the fact it was denied. If I did business this way I'd be closed fast. The work was good -this time -but lack of responsibility for having accepted it to begin with & then reversing it's acceptance is like stealing money from me & from my friend who gave the gift. If there was a problem it should have been stated at the start....not after the work was done. \r M
