Businiess name:  Goodno's Jewelry

Review content:
My wife and I went to Goodno's Jewelry to buy my wedding band a little more than a year ago. And then we went back and spent another chunk of change on bridal jewelry for my wife. \r \r While on vacation this week, I lost my wedding band. So, I called Goodno's to ask if we had paid for any replacement/protection plan and the woman on the phone (she didn't give me her name) told me we hadn't, and then began lecturing me on how I shouldn't have been wearing my wedding band while I was on vacation. I found it rather rude, and thanked her for her commentary and hung up.\r \r My wife and I liked Goodno's just fine, but this communication with the salesperson who answered the phone call was unacceptable. I don't appreciate being lectured by someone who is ignorant to the situation that caused my wedding band to get lost.\r \r In any case, we won't be shopping at Goodno's anymore. This one experienced did them in.
