I do not recommend ANY of the Banfield's. They are concerned more about making money then your pet's health. They are always telling you how much money you are saving! Which is wierd, because they recommend things that good vets say are more harmful then good...like coronavirus! Anything for money! We bought that puppy plan since it included spaying my dog, and on the invoice they wrote that the cost would be 1000.00 if we didn't have the plan...uhhhhh, who pays $1,000 for spaying??? Anyways, they were always trying to ""add on"" things like a ""pain shot"" with their immunizations for an extra $15 and made you feel guilty if you said no. Come on...my own kids don't get a pain shot with their immunizations. The one time I decided to say no, they gave me a terrible look and were like...ok, if you want her to be in pain!! Anyways, she was JUST FINE...and played the entire day after the shots! Needless to say, they are just there for the money and not for the well being of your pet. The plan doesn't save you money...and shots are not as expensive as they tell you when they are ""selling"" you the plan! Please look elsewhere for a reputable vet! We now use Day Heights Veterinarian Clinic and LOVE them! They are honest and actually care about your pets...and do not just see $$$$ when they come in! Pros: I can not even think of ONE! Cons: Expensive, Sees your pet as $$$$$
