Captain Chicken here....I am terrified of Dentist and let me tell you if it was not for Lucy (front desk) who very calmly and patiently talked me thru everything.... when it was time for my follow up appointment (2 crowns and a filling) she assured me it would be ok (and she was right...)She made sure that Wendy (DR. Assistant) would not leave my side and she would help me through it all (and she did)...Some one asked Wendy to leave and she very strongly told them ""No I am not allowed to leave her side"" meaning me...That calmed me down so much knowing they put the patient 1st... and knowing that you are not a number there... they really care makes this office very comfortable.... The Dr. was so understanding and gentle and I feel so much better getting the work done (cause let's face it the smile is the first thing people see on you ..so your teeth are your greeting card) in a very nice environment...go and see for yourself great place, great prices, great people I am still a chicken but it's a lot easier to go to South Bay Dentistry & Orthodontics....Just go get your teeth fixed.....
