Review content:
Montessori Centre was a terrible experience for our family. It seems like the lady who runs MC (who goes by ""Oma"" - no one knows her real name) is only interested in money. She packs the classes to absolute capacity. There is no communication between parents and teachers or ""Oma."" From what we experienced, ""Oma"" has no interest in educating the children or about parent satisfaction. All she cares about is making money. The facilities are terrible. The school is several old houses with tiny classrooms. It seems like all renovations are paid for by the parents' association, even though the school is a FOR PROFIT school that is grossly overpriced. We chose to move our son to a church preschool that cost $500/month less than MC, and we couldn't be happier. He's happier, we're happier, and he's learning much, much more at the new school.
