Review content:
You know the saying you get what you pay for? Total Tints in Manchester is where it originated. I went there in September 2012 off a recommendation from my brother-in-law to have my car's windows tinted. Well it's June 2013 and it still isn't correct after nine trips to the shop for various appointments (not all appointments have resulted in repairs). I've had bubbles, I've had peeling, I've showed up on occasions when I've had an appointment only to have them cancelled when Rusty either didn't show up or didn't have the materials even though I spoke to him a few days prior. \r
\r
Yes Total Tints is inexpensive, but that comes at a cost. You get shoddy workmanship and laughable customer service. And good luck getting a call or email from the actual owners. \r
\r
Do yourself a favor a go to a shop that actually knows what it's doing, like Attention to Detail in Middletown. You'll pay more, but you'll get awesome service by people who know how to perform their job. \r
\r
As far as the owner saying that they'll refund your money if you're not pleased...that's laughable.
