I have had a very good experience dealing with Terry at Layton Glass. I needed a replacement windshield for my 2006 Avalon. I had already called another glass company and was quoted $475 and an install date of Monday. I really didn't want to wait until Monday as we were going out of town for the weekend. I looked Layton Glass up on the internet. I saw these negative reviews at the time but decided to call anyways (Thursday afternoon) just to get the quote. I really figured they would be higher. Terry new exactly the windshield that I needed. He quoted me a price of $250 plus tax and said he could install it at 8am (Friday) the next day. I dropped my car off at 8am this morning it was ready before lunch. I paid my bill exactly as quoted. I was given care instructions and a lifetime warranty on any installation issue. I don't usually do reviews but considering Terry saved me over $200 and I came close to not calling because of these negative reviews, I decided to share my experience. Thank you Layton glass for your excellent customer service. I will definitely call you again!
