The grooming manager from your facility refused to groom my 18 year old, blind and deaf Lhasa Aspo. She has been grooming at this facility for at least 10 years. How unfortunate it is that a new managers who has no knowledge and apparently no customer service skills can deny Petsmart's long standing and loyal customers. This dog has three slipped disks and severe arthritis in her hips. We medicate her daily to alleviate her pain. On her last visit in October 2012 she had yet to receive this medication - according to Brittany our 18 year old blind and deaf dog is a threat to her safety!!! WTF This is not an animal which threatens any other animals or people. The visit in October ending with your staff doing a completely unsatisfactory job - large portions of her underbelly were left unclipped as well as two of her legs. My wife picked her up and paid $16 for this half-assed worked. Had I picked her up I would have refused to pay anything as services requested were not rendered. We wanted to have her clipped again, but your manager refused to accept the appointment. I will not shop at your store and will tell all of my acquaintances of this poor service. I am grievously disappointed is the bureaucracy and piss-poor customer service your staff displays.
