Review content:
A1A Quality Sod installed 4000 square feet (9 pallets) of St. Augustine sod at my home in The Springs, Longwoood Florida in May 2010. The results were not good. The sod that was delivered did not seem to be fresh or healthy - especially when compared to a neighbor's St Augustine sod installed the same week that flourished. The sod appeared to have been stored on the pallets too long. We followed the instructions regarding daily watering for the first month, but most of the grass died and was replaced by weeds within 6 months. I reported the problems to A1A Quality Sod and they suggested several fixes, but to no avail.\r
Finally, after exhaustling all approaches at finding a solution, A1A offered to replace and install 7 of 9 pallets at their expense. The new sod looked quite healthy when delivered and is growing, green, and seems to be doing well. I am happy to report that A1A voluntarily honored their warranty and is a credit to the small business community of Longwood Flo
