I pre-ordered a specially made cream cheese cake for my brother-in-law's birthday 24 hours in advance and paid in full for it. Went to pick it up on my way to his birthday and they did not have it, showed NO RECORD of it. The "Manager" was not nice and told me that she couldn't find it. Then some other lady from the back who had no business with me came up front and was rude to ME because they didn't have my cake. I will never order another cake from them again. Don't understand how you can loose someones order (it was even paid for before i went to pick i up b/c it was special ordered). I asked the manager what the owners name was so i could call her the next day.... but she said they don't give out the owners name- found that odd. So I left a message with the manager for the owner to call me, and I never heard back! Bad service all around!
