Avoid at all costs. Went here for years for prescriptions and would get glasses elsewhere. Made the mistake of ordering them here recently - big mistake. Lenses were ordered improperly (no transitions which I paid for), and the lenses were defective (distortion in lenses causing smudged appearance, confirmed by the staff to be defective), and they fit poorly & had to be adjusted twice in the first week. After all this, the store offered nothing in the form of compensation and would only exchange for another pair, which will probably also be completely unsatisfactory. Total bill was $700 and they wouldn't even refund the lousy $180 for the ill-fitting frames. Will never go back after picking up the new glasses I was forced to by as they had my money and wouldn't refund a dime of it. Go up the highway to Lenscrafters or better yet, order your glasses online and pay hundreds of dollars less than this place would charge.
