very very poor customer service. My appointment was scheduled at 0900, I arrived 0830, walked in signed in and the lady sitting behind the window didn't even acknowledge that I was there she just stared at whatever she was reading. Came 0900 I still didn't get called I walked up and asked about my appointment time, and she said to me ""when the doctor is ready to see you, you will be called"" ... wished I should have just stuck with my old specialist. Glad I only get to go here in this poor service place for one more visit and that's it..adios!!!
