My service was excellent as usual. I only take and trust my car to John Donovan and his staff at Towson Honda. John and his staff makes every visit pleasant; I trust him and his team 100%. I have put my safety and my kids safety and well being in the kind and professional staff at Honda. As a single Mom who knows nothing about cars, I feel completely comfortable that if there is an issue with my car it will be taken care of promptly, efficiently and fairly. John has gone well above the call of duty to ensure my comfort with the process of every visit. He makes the visits to the dealership enjoyable to a once dreaded necessity. \r
I give John and his staff the highest of marks and praise imaginable. You are very fortunate to have John and his staff represent your company. John and the staff are courteous, kind, profession and get the job done quickly and efficiently. I recommend this to all my friend, coworker and patients. I am available for any questions\r
