It has been an unbelievable experience being a part of the Diet and Weight Loss Center.... I have been in the program since 90 days and I have lost 27lb..... I wouldn't even consider this a diet, I would say that has been a learning experience of how to make smarter lifestyle changes.... I am never hungry because I am able to make smart snacking choices and create wonderful meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!! Couldn't be happier with the choice i made to come here not only for the weight loss but because the Staff here is soooo full of fabulous information and always make me feel good about my progress or help me if I ""fall of the wagon"" now and then?!!!!!
