I am big on customer service, and it is clearly a priority with Greenwood H&AC. If we paid more for it (I didn't research cheaper companies, only comparable local businesses), it was definitely worth it to us. And it doesn't end when the installation is done; we are now 4 months out and they have rectified and followed up on an issue that was the manufacturer's, not theirs. Super happy with our Lennox furnace, promises about that product have held true so far and we have no indication otherwise. We have a Rinnai tankless water heater and love that too. The gas log fireplace was problematic, but they and the manufacturer (RH Peterson) came through for us. Greenwood admitted they didn't have the depth of knowledge with fireplace gas logs - honesty I appreciated - but they were unquestionable pros with our two other items. Overall installation process was more involved than anticipated, since it was complicated by putting gas to our house, but they moved through it as quickly and cleanly as I would expect. They knew what they were doing, no doubt about that. So here's my recommendation. I'm not usually so glowing, but so far, I'm very impressed with them.
