On my way to Fl. after visiting family in Illinois, my van started to slip. In a panic and being so far from home I decided to get a motel room in Knoxville. Being a woman and not having to deal with these kind of problems before my husband passed, I asked people which is the best way to handle my situation. After calling around I settled on one place and I am so grateful that I did. The people at Transmission World checked out my van for free and found that my transmission wouldn't need to be replaced and that they could repair it. Not only did they save me a lot of money, they had me on the road the next day. My van is running just like when it was new. They gave me a warranty that is good anywhere in the country, not that I will ever have to use it the way my van is running so great now. Thank you Transmission World for being so helpful. Ann H.
