Review content:
I have dealt with this business for a number of years. Sometimes I hired them to do repairs and other times they gave me an excellent recommendation and did not a repair. Just recently they they really raised the bar on customer service.\r \r I went in with several photos of 60"" Sony Wega to ask why myt TV had a number of blue swirls or lines. They advisedd that my set had a bad Optic Block. They gave me a phone number for Sony and advised me to call Sony and discuss it with them. \r \r They explained that the repair was about $950 and that Sony had paid for repairs in the past but they thought that Sony had recently begun to provide a discount off replacement TVs. I called Sony and got a great deal buying a new TV' about 33% of retail. \r \r Need repair of an electronic item? These are great people. How often do you find a business that tells you what to do so that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THEM. Don't think twice just go by.and see these honest people.\r
