Over the years we've been a loyal ""Electronic Laboratory's"" customer and sent them a ton of business without ever asking for a deal or a break and paid whatever they asked. Last week, they rudely talked to me like we just met or was born yesterday. Long story short...we brought a JBL 10"" subwoofer in for repair, paid the $53.00 estimate fee and a few weeks later, we received an inflated bill for $450.00 when they simply could have made a recommendation to buy a brand new one for only $269. Finally, After all was said and done...I couldn't believe my ears, they told us ""we don't need your business"".
