We must be aware of our attitude, when going to repair an appliance…Ladies & Gents IT IS NOT the fault of the repair company/reprensentives. \r \r I know because I was a little upset. Bought a TV back in 2007 never worked properly it is a 55"" so you know about how much I paid -due to illness hardly used it, was using the one in my bedroom. Called Sony they gave the number to Electronic Laboratories @ Copans. \r \r This company really raised the bar on customer service! I went in with a chip on shoulder, no warranty I needed to pay but to my surprise, I was greet with sympathy and understanding, plus FREE advice.\r \r My TV had a recall the set had a bad optic block, they said the repair was $1,350.00. That Sony had paid for repairs in the past, but recently began providing a discount off replacement TVs! \r \r Need repair of an electronic item? These are great people. How often do you find a business that tells you what to do, and does not give you the round around to get your money when there no fixing it!\r \r Don't think twice just go by and see these honest people. BUT remember leave your chip at the door. I promise, you’re in for life, you will NEVER go to another repair store ”THEY ARE THE REAL THING”\r
