Terrible experience!! Chris, the manager, complete liar & scammer. Aslo Jessica, complete liar! We contracted the main banquet room with the a detailed floor plan layed out, The room was so not organized when my guests arrived. Half of the room was cramped and clustered and the other half was scattered and spread wide open. Some of my guests were sitting with their backs up to the other peoples backs at the next table, half the chairs were not out for my guests. My head table was in front of exit doors that lead to the kitchen, so I had workers bumping into me, my guest, and my belongings. Some spaces didn't have aisles, so people were left in a dead-end row, which lead them to stepping over peoples feet & pursers, there were extension cords on the floor that were not taped down, and at the end of the day, they tried to overcharge me for the room! I actually arrived 15 minutes early for the event and started to physically move tables myself and in the process, cut my finger and bled on my clothes! Embarrassing experience! AND TO TOP IT OFF, when Chris & Jessica were confronted with the situation, they blamed my guests and said that my guests arrived an hour early and moved the tables?? WHAT?? That was the lamest excuse I ever heard! They never apologized and they were abrupt & rude!
