I'm a retired Chef of 30 years and here's the straight up deal. I generally don't like to go out to restaurants because I think I cook better than most Chefs and don't like paying for things that I make better at home.
In this case my wife and I walked in at about 4 p.m.. There were two other tables in a room of about 50 seated. Paint was flaking off of the ceiling, numerous light bulbs were burn out, there was debris on the floor and several tables and nobody was taking care of anything.
We ordered, the waiter brought our food. Mine came on a dirty plate. We left.
This place should be closed down and bulldozed. I Called the Health Department. I'm not a complainer but if you eat at this place you have to be out of your mind!
