Let me just tell you a story. When I lost my AC and was told the condensor and compressor had to be changed by another place, I decided to only get the compressor changed (as it had seized) at Northern and go without AC until I could find a better solution. The other mechanic changed the compressor but sprayed oil all over my engine and hood because he neglected to check if the condensor was empty before opening it. He changed the compressor and that was it--didn't even clean up the oil on my engine or hood. I went to pick up the car and asked Mark what happened as he was the last to leave the shop. He explained that there was actually nothing wrong with the condensor and that I should have AC now. I checked, but no AC, so Mark told me to drive it into the garage so he could take a look. After a few minutes of diagnosing and a quick swap of a blown fuse, I was happily driving away with AC only because he took the time to help me out. I went back again to complain about the oil all over
