On 6/15/2013 I called and explained to the girl that I had a emergency with my cat who has been throwing up and not eating and drinking for the last few days and asked if i could work out some type of payment plan due to my hours being cut at work. She was a little abrupt in her response that we don't do payment plans and full payment is due at services rendered and I explained how sick my 3 year Persian was and that I just lost my mom and this was her cat and I couldn't handle another loss this year. I felt her compassion towards myself and my cat was lacking any warmth and definetly heartless. How does someone work in such a heart felt field and lack compassion?? Well this place is a prime example of it and should have their doors locked and closed down by the ASPCA. SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING SO HEARTLESS!!!!
