Review content:
I purchased a funeral arrangement from out of town. When I arrived at the funeral home and found my arrangement it was nothing close to what I had ordered. I was shocked and embarrassed to say the least. I was so mad to see my last tribute looking like crap. I overheard another person talking about theirs not being correct either. Theirs was from Pittsburg Floral also. I called the store to complain about them changing my order and to get an explanation and a refund. I spoke to Francis, which got me nowhere. I asked to speak to the owner. I was told she was not there yet the woman on the phone was whispering to someone. I left a message. No return calls. I’m mad to get ripped off by this place. I guess they thought they were safe sending crap and did not expect me to show up. Well I did and all of their arrangements were terrible. Called my credit card to complain and they are going to credit me back the full amount and debit Pittsburg Florals credit card account. Looks like the last laugh is now on you!
