Review content:
The WORST Customer service and Horrible Housekeeping. Weekend maid service sent 2 housekeepers. 1 housekeeper spent 30 minutes holding a bottle of cleaner for the other housekeeper (like an assistant?). I asked if she could mop the floor at least 5 times and was flat out ignore. I ended up doing it myself as they stood there and watched me ???? They spent 40 minutes cleaning the bedroom (that is a long time since it was a move in cleaning and all I needed was vacuuming dusting and moping/ There was no mattress no hangers no sheets no lamps in the bedroom. I went in to check the progress and was told the cupboards were clean ???? NO NO NO not clean at all. Again I asked for the cleaning products and I cleaned while the 2 housekeepers hired at $30+ per hour watched. they were here for an 1.5 hours and I asked them to leave. During the 1.5 hours I called customer service 3 times and they were very rude not helpful and would not listen nor let me voice my concerns. Customer service kept speaking over me. Save your money use a different service or find an independent housekeeper on your own this is a scam company. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!!!!!
