Review content:
Our vehicle was towed by Magill's through through a local police contract. Less than 24 hours later when the vehicle was picked up we were charged $365. The bill: $225 for towing, $80 for storage, $15 fuel charge, and $45 for "gate and Adm" charge. After trying to go through the Mayor of Monroeville, the police dept. and the Municipality, we were told nothing could be done about the excessive charge, that EVERYONE agreed with, except Magill's. They were rude and condescending because the have the backing of Monroeville municipality/politicians. I have read and heard from many people who have been treated the same way. It is a racket that occurs, unfortunately in many municipalities, if not all and they have you over a barrel. NO ONE should do business with this place!
