Review content:
We had a problem with our water heater, so we had to take cold showers for a night! One night without hot water is long enough!
The next morning He came to our house and within minutes diagnosed the problem and called someone from the main office to pick up the part for him. As he was waiting for the part to arrive, he started to dismantle the defective section inorder to save time. 20 minutes later the part arrived and he started the installation process.
