Review content:
The only reason I give this practice a one-star rating is because there is no way to give them a zero; furthermore, I think some of these rave reviews were written by employees coerced into doing so by their employer! Every medical practice is a business; however, this clinic is FIRST a business and, only secondarily, a medical practice. I took my pet to this clinic because my vet referred them for a procedure he could not perform out of his office. I am disabled, and on a fixed income, but my pet is my only friend in the world--I do not place a price on his head. However, I am also an honest person, and explained that as this was an emergency and on a weekend (how inconsiderate of my little friend), my financial situation was not such that I was carrying the $1500-$3200 estimate on my person and would require making arrangements. I was advised that FIRST, I would have to make a $1000 deposit before he would even be admitted, and, SECOND, would be required to pay the balance on disc
