Kind and conscientious staff, you can tell they really CARE about animals of all kinds! Each vet was kind and considerate no matter how many times I called or asked questions. They were very nice to my old pet and when it came time to put her to sleep they were extremely accomodating and compassionate. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Even the staff people were friendly and helpful no matter how busy they were. They remembered my name and my pet's name each time I visited. What a real blessing to have these vets in our community; so please do not be fooled by other so-called "vet hospitals" that are just in it for the money. Loomis-Basin is the best! Their pet fees were reasonable and well explained; there were no "surprises"!! I never waited for any length of time when taking my pet in, visiting my dog or waiting for a call back from staff or the vet. GREAT PLACE!
