Review content:
We were specifically told we could put our animals in the yard while the exterminator worked. This was not true. Exterminator was unwilling to wait while I made arrangements for my animals even though it was still 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and left. When we called to try to get him to come back we were told she would call us back after she figured something out. She did not call back. When I called, I was told she was busy with a customer. I tried to tell her that I had made arrangements for my animals and to have him come back. She refused to listen to me because she was the reason there was a problem. I did not cuss or yell at her. I simply tried to file a valid complaint and she hung up on me three times for absolutely no reason. I spent days doing all of the prep work for the extermination and took time off work. Now they refuse to even take my calls just because I pointed out their mistake. No money was exchanged (thankfully because these people obviously do not keep their word and would probably have not refunded it since they couldn't even be reached for customer service) but money was lost in the day that we took off of work for an appointment we had scheduled. This all took place BEFORE our original appointment time had passed so there is absolutely no reason why the appointment could not have been kept. Bad business. Inconsiderate, rude, unreasonable, and impatient.
