We arrived 20 minutes early to pick up a car today at the Edison St Mishawaka IN location. Because it's a home Notre Dame football weekend we wanted to get there early and be on our way. As we parked our car we saw Brandon come out to greet us..IN THE PARKING LOT. He offered to check us in 20 mins before the office was open. He gave me a choice of cars, offered us a bottled water, shook our hands and seemed to anticipate our needs. No hassles. I was on my way in less than 15 mins. As a business owner I appreciate and look for people with the ability to know what people need and want and are respectful. He's a keeper!\r
