I just had the worse experience ever... Pawn shops I understand also have to make money on the stuff that they bring in, BUT don't you think you need an expert to look at the items that people bring in.. I was just at the store on Lake street and as I was walking in a saw a white guy run in the back like a coward, and had a 12 year old girl tell me about how is said 5.00 or 10.00 on an item WTF is that... Customer Service should still be any companies #1 priority but not here, I understand that most of your clients are probably on drug addicts and are willing to take anything you give but not me.. I am a previous company owner and with the economy had to close but for a Fax, Scanner, Printer that I bought for 389.99 originally is not something you tell someone 5 on. I am trying to get some of the old stuff from the business out of my living room but not for 5.00 I will become a hoarder. I feel so bad for anyone who has to deal with anyone at this place of business, they are not running a good business. Which is pretty sad I really hope no one is getting paid more then minumum wage as they are not even worth that. I don't understand how anyone at the company sleeps at night knowing they are ripping people off blind, I was under the assumption that you could go to a place like that and get help when needed but not here.. Why to that manager would you run in the back like a little boy not a man and run like a little girl, and then send a person who didn't even know what the hell she was looking at, how does that work.. I hope this comment will make a change to how you treat people not everyone that walks in your door is on drugs and hard up for money, but none the less everyone should be treated as they are bringing in an item that is worth 5000.00 .. To all customers that are considering this place find somewhere else, as this is not the place to go.\r
