I want to warn everyone, if you own a house and want to have any work done DO NOT use Best Value Remodelers! We bought windows from them and this will be the SIXTH time they have leaked and had to be repaired... They were not cheap windows either.... Not to mention its like pulling teeth to get them to actually come out and do the repair work. The repairman told me he didn't want to come out anymore than I wanted him to because its at his cost... NO, this cost me plenty, 6,000 in the first place and now my carpet is getting ruined.... So mad I could spit nails. Thinking of hiring an attorney if it isn't repaired today... It started leaking not last Friday, but the Friday before that and they were supposed to come wednesday and never showed so when I called they said they would be here monday 10 am. So yesterday I made several calls every hour on the hour to check on when the crew would be here... they NEVER came. Expecting them this morning but who really knows. SOOO ridiculous. I don't know how they stay in business like this... DO NOT USE BEST VALUE REMODELERS!
