Review content:
The procedures Cara Mia provides are good and expensive. I've spent in excess of $12,000 on procedures. Twelve thousand is more than just pocket change for a lot of us. Even so, Cara Mia's spa-side front desk girls are young, immature, nasty, and unprofessional to their paying clients.
Their spa-side front desk girls start fights at the front desk when a client asks for help or rescheduling over the telephone. They can not be bothered to pull your chart if you need information. A client simply annoys them and they let you know it. They give excuses why they can not help AND throw temper tantrums when asked to provide help or assistants to clients. Their tone-of-voice is patronizing, rude, ""snotty"", and they stomp-off in a huff!! What kind of two-bit shop is this Cara Mia? If this is the kind of treatment you like for your thousands of dollars you are welcome to it. How does a shop like this stay in business with so many other good medical day spa's in the Denver metro? Maybe they will not be in business for much longer.
