My experience with Dr. Naylor was almost identical to that described by “treatmeright789.” The wait was short -- I filled out paperwork in the office before being sent back to see Dr. Naylor -- but overall everything was fairly efficient (I agree with treatmeright789 that the staff wasn’t overly friendly, but this didn’t really bother me, at least not when compared to dealing with the doctor himself).\r

When Dr. Naylor rushed in the room, I too, at first, thought his performance somewhat comical, but as the appointment progressed I found his lack of responsiveness and constant interruptions disturbing. Additionally, I found it difficult to understand the diagnosis he gave me: he never directly addressed what he suspected to be the underlying cause of my skin irritation. Another bizarre issue was the way in which he left the office: I never had a sense that the examination was coming to an end, he simply stood up and left, and next thing I know I’m selecting a date for my follow-up visit. Later, when inspecting the prescription he gave me, I discover two errors: my name and the prescription. The prescription was in fact mine, but they had misspelled my name, and the drug he prescribed did not seem to be suited to my condition (though this would be difficult to prove seeing as he never specifically identified my condition). I would highly recommend purchasing an audio recorder of some sort before visiting Dr. Naylor; listening his incessant ramblings afterward might offer more insight into what he was trying to say… but this cannot be guaranteed. \r

Overall, I left with the impression that he was somewhere between rude and incompetent in his field. I have a follow-up scheduled, and, for the time being, I am planning on attending. I intend to record the conversation in hopes of either gaining insight into his diagnosis, or at the very least to playback for personal amusement.
