We have been customers of Gator Vacuum for more than 10 years. We find that the store owner and his personnel are extremely friendly and knowledgeable in their field.\r

We have purchased two Miele vacuums in this period of time from Gator. Not because the original vacuum wore out, which it did not. But because we were so impressed with the style, versatility and features of Miele we went to look at a newer model, at Gator, and learned that we could have newer more advanced features that would benefit us by upgrading to the current model.\r
\r
To make the move up easier for us the owner offered us as a trade in almost as much as we paid for the original vacuum that was at that point more than 7 years old. Believe me, it was used and over used during those years. Just ask my husband.\r

The new vacuum is more than what we expected and we are very pleased with the continuing service. If we miss a service appointment we are allowed a do-over, just by asking nicely. There could not be a better organization to work with.\r

We recommend Gator Vacuum to anyone who needs a REAL Vacuum Cleaner instead of the junk you get at the big box stores\r
