My experience at Mountain View has not been very good. I kept taking my pets there for quite sometime because they had their records. I finally have given up & moved to another vet hospital. First of all the wait time is ridiculous. The upfront staff is awful. Many times that I went in for an appointment I was completely ignored by the staff who were talking & laughing. I have seen different vets there with mixed experiences. The prices are very high so I expect them to really take their time. They were usually rushed. Occasionally a vet assistant would come to show me something & I would end up waiting for them for a long time as well. I get why they keep these people in the back as they have very poor communication skills & act as if you are bothering them. I finally just started asking for the head tech, but she is so rude. I am sorry to say I do not recommend going here.
