Review content:
Very poor customer service. I wanted 3 arrangements for ~$250 for my mother's retirement gift. When I called to place my order, I specified the specific names of each arrangement from the website, not only with the original order, but the next day when I called back to re-verify they had everything right. It was a special occasion and I didn't want anything messed up. The day of, they delivered 1 bouquet, supposedly worth ~$250. They repeatedly said it was a misunderstanding, and that I got my money's worth. How do you misunderstand me telling you the specific names of 3 arrangements, and instead making 1? They refused to only charge me for 1 arrangement, and Brent never returned my call despite the staff saying he would. Had an absolutely awful experience with them.
