Despite Dan W's review, I decided to contact Jon based upon word of mouth referral from a neighbor. I was very pleased with Jon's professional, consultative approach, his thoroughness in understanding the job and my needs, and his follow up during the quoting/estimating process. I then decided to award the business to Jon, a complete re-do of the exterior of our home at Lk Norman, again despite Dan's review and I'm glad that I did. \r \r Throughout the 2 weeks that Jon and his crew were on the job (yes, Jon was on site each day all day) they were very courteous to me and my family, regularly checking in to ensure our needs were being met, continuing with the needed consultation as the job progressed, and leaving the work areas tidy at the end of the day.\r \r During the final few days of the work I had to travel on business and discussed with Jon that I wouldn't complete payment for the job until my return/inspection.
