As my title says at one point in time I really would have written a good review. Overall the complex was nice to live in. I really did not have any complaints until we moved out. My husband and I moved out because we bought a house. We moved out 60+ days ago and still have yet to receive our any news about our security deposit. So far they are giving us the run around. Luckily we have state law on our side but it still does not help that we do not have our check yet. For people that don't know under Indiana State Law IC 32-31-3 Chapter 3. Security Deposits, Section 14 states " Not more than forty-five (45) days after the termination of occupancy, a landlord shall mail to a tenant an itemized list of damages claimed for which the security deposit may be sued under section 13 of this chapter....". Section 15 states "Failure by a landlord to provide notice of damages under section 14 of this chapter constitutes agreement by the landloard that no damages are due, and the landloard must rem
