Businiess name:  The Capital Grille

Review content:
Very Good Steak in Garden City! Being a steakhouse aficionado, I wanted to give The Capital Grille a try. I was not disappointed. Although I felt the menu lacked some key steakhouse staples (i.e., Prime Rib, Hash Browns, a good steak sauce), what I ordered was very good. I would rate this restaurant on par with Morton’s and a notch above Ruth’s Chris. Definitely give the balsamic glazed Delmonico rib eye a try, as it was probably one of the tenderest steaks I have ever had. The wine selections were excellent, but take advantage of the $25 corking policy. Lastly, service exceeded our expectations, while the décor of dark paneling, dim lights, and wall paintings rivaled some of the restaurant’s competitors.
