They are rude and don't care about your pet as much as they do the $$$$$. They charged to put a cast on my puppy then when it fell off in less then 24 hours wanted full price to do it again. They blamed the pup and us instead of admitting they did it incorrectly, his other cast lasted a week , not less then a day, all of the cast were still in good shape they just fell off . I'm glad they're ortho doctor wasn't mine when I had my shoulder done
