My property manager and realtor associated with MM Property Management of Sacramento is phenomenal. Teri manages my 15 unit apartment building in Sacramento and is the marketing manager for another apartment building I own. She has demonstrated excellent skills in the over-all management of realty and she knows the business from individual properties to multiunit residential properties. I found her to possess a skill set that most property professionals do not have; she is an excellent marketer; and she knows how to sell and how to close a transaction.
