Note: The appliance in question is 10 years old and has been broken since I moved into a rental property 2 weeks ago. Also, there is NO WAY that this company's positive reviews are genuine...no way. So, on to the review...\r

I'm a bit taken aback by all of the positive reviews for this place. The technician was friendly enough and presented himself professionally but his standard for quality work seems unsettlingly low! We have a problem with our gas stove where the flame is high on 10, medium on 9, and simmers on 7. The flame then goes out from the low setting all the way up to 6 even though gas still leaks. Clearly there's a problem with the gas delivery. Also, only one of the four igniters works. So, how did the tech fix our problem? He scraped out some carbon from our burners with a safety pin and said that it's working fine now because we can just set the dial to "8" and we get our simmer. Really? That's your idea of a "repair"?!?\r
