First off, I want to say that my family and I are loyal Sprint Mobile users. Yesterday, June 19, 2013, I had the misfortune of dealing with one of the most unprofessional, unreliable, and simply disrespectful stores I have ever set foot in. I was extremely upset and will not be returning to this store. This was my second time having an issue with this store so I truly believe it needs to be looked into. After being told that it would only take 30 minutes to an hour to fix my phone, they had it for 4 hours and still did not even have it done. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to come out and speak to me directly. Save your self the time and frustration and go to a different store.
