I have owned my own steam cleaner for years and religiously steam cleaned my carpets every other week. The day before my in-laws were due to arrive my steam cleaner quit on me. Out of desperation I had Charlotte Carpet Cleaning Services come to clean my carpets. I was more than happy with their customer service and quality of work. They were able to remove a stain that I had been dealing with for months! Thank you Charlotte Carpet Cleaning, I believe I'll put off buying a replacement steam cleaner and have them come again. They saved me a lot of work and the carpets look fantastic!
