I would give this Budget location a negative rating if possible. Let me explain. I used a 24' truck to drive a TOTAL of 17 miles for a recent move. I was short on time to return the truck, so agreed to the $30 fee (plus fuel cost) to fill up the truck for me. How much fuel does it take to cover 17 miles you ask? They told me 10 GALLONS! So basically $40 of fuel that they ripped me off on. Don't let them fill up the truck for you, it basically gives them a license to RIP YOU OFF for as much as they want. When I call to ask about this issue, the salesperson Chelsea couldn't have been ruder to deal with, telling me I had no right to question the number since I agreed to have them fill it up, and that her boss David would tell me the same thing.
Bottom line, STAY AWAY, this location is AWFUL and Chelsea and David seem to display a very poor sense of ethics and customer service.
