Our first concern over this company arose over the method of swapping out thermo-couplers and valves over the course of several charged visits by different employees as the diagnostic phase of fixing our hot water tank. Six hours after what we assumed was the final repair, it stopped working again.\r Now, until this time over the week of problems, I was still able to relight the pilot to at least ensure hot water, one tank at a time, for my family to bath. The young man on this last visit informed us that after his work that evening we no longer even had that ability to heat the tank and he would be charging us once more for doing this. We refused to pay for what amounted to his making the situation worse.\r That night I discovered on-line that the manufacturer's parts had a history of defects. This however, does not obsolve the professionals providing the repair service of their professional obligations. If the plumbers would have mentioned this to me a week ago I wou
