Review content:
I would recommend John Waters, Inc. to anybody. I couldn't have asked for anybody better, even if I had picked them out myself. I have dealt with contractors before on my roof and other repairs having to do with hail storms and they were so unprofessional it was unbelievable. I almost refused some of them to even come on my property. But Mike came out from John Waters, Inc. and was just as professional and friendly as anybody I'd ever met. John was very, very thorough. That amazed me. He was measuring the size of windows and measuring how many square feet I have in the house. The furnace he was replacing was built and put in in '89. It had just quit. Mike was so thorough and professional in diagnosing a good replacement that I was saying, "Why are you doing that?" He'd tell me and I'd go, "Oh, that makes sense." A couple years ago I had other people come in and quote me prices and they never did any of that. He was seeing how many double pane windows I have, how many windows I have total, when the house was built, and all these other things. We talked about the size of the furnace and air conditioner I was going to need. I have a very small house. It's only 1,000 square feet. I also had two cancer surgeries this year. It was a particularly hot week when the air conditioner gave out. I'd also had a screen taken out back in February. I could have went to my daughter's house, but she has three children. I needed air and I needed air now. This was the second night and second day I had been through without air conditioning. I couldn't breathe anymore. I was only just getting used to not having the part of my lung that they had taken out during my surgery. Within an hour of seeing Mike, I had a contract with John Waters, Inc. because I was so convinced of what he was doing. They're looking out for customers, not for themselves. When does anybody selling anything look out not for themselves, but for the customer? That amazed me. They got all the parts and pieces together for what I needed quickly. Kevin came out and I had a/c that evening. I don't know anybody that can give service like that. There is no one out there anymore. I just love them. They made me believe that there are still good people out there.
