They do not give appointments, regardless of what the website and the sign on their counter say. Even when the wait is an HOUR you cannot even come in and put your name on the list and come back before the hour is up without losing your place in line.\r

They used the wrong kind of oil in my van. I asked about using synthetic oil and they said the manual stated regular oil was OK. That is WRONG. The van's manual clearly states synthetic oil. They either didnt look at eh manual or looked and decided to ignore it. Either way they lied to me.
